Job Description
- Work with the Room Leader to manage the room on a daily basis
- To deputize for the Room Leader when required.
- Maintaining constant communication with parents
- Ensure all nursery policies are adhered to by all team members
- Participation in regular feedback to Nursery Manager
- Conducting regular team member appraisals
Qualifications
- Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in childcare
- Full understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of child safeguarding procedures
